Working AMOLED technology is normally based on LED technology. LED is made up of two types of conductors and they are of two types. P-type and N-type. By using this material make a junction and N-type material have more electrons as compared to holes and in P-type it completely different the P-types material has more holes as compared to electrons, and holes have a positive charge.

AMOLED technology is totally divided into two parts the AMOLED and LCD which is based on the technology of underlying technologies. 

Its working is also very simple, first the power from the Lower Transistor layer is controlled and sent to the Organic layer, and as soon as Power reaches the Organic layer, the Pixel Light starts giving.

Now the intensity of light can be controlled from the Lower Transistor layer, so that millions of colors are easily produced. The biggest advantage of OLED is that it does not use a backlight because each pixel burns itself.

 The new technology work in the Light-emitting diode and colors are arranged in red, green, and blue, and using colors create objects. 

It has an active matrix and this matrix generated light and that light integrated on a TFT (thin-film transistor), and it controls all the flows of light which are come from the active matrix.

The Touch Sensor used is the same in both of these displays. The layer that detects the touch also called the digitizer or capacitive touchscreen layer is given directly on the screen of Super AMOLED Displays but in AMOLED Display it is not given directly on the screen.

OLED working:-

The main component of OLED is the OLED emitter which is organic-based material and emits light. Let us apply electricity to it and see how it works.

OLED has some basic layers that are sandwiched. and it has an anode and cathode, the anode removes the electrons and the cathode injects the electron. 

OLED working process is similar to the conventional diodes and LED, the N-type and P-types material used in diodes and LED, But in OLED we can't use P-type and N-type material, instead of we used organic molecules and that makes the electrons and holes.

OLED has protective glass at the top and bottom, the top layer known as a seal, and the bottom layer known as substrate. It has 6 different types of layers. 

Between these layers, there is a negative terminal which is called the cathode, and a positive terminal which is called the anode. 

Now there are two different layers present between anode and cathode and we know this anode and cathode makes from the organic molecules and this layer know as the emissive layer, which is produced light.
